Seaport Financial Partners
Boutique financial services firm Seaport Financial Partners needed a modern, scalable workspace for their growing team. Office Gallery International delivered a complete 3,000 sq ft office transformation in Needham, MA, featuring space planning, modern furniture selection, and flexible design that supports business growth.
Post Summary
OGI delivered space planning, design consultation, modern office furniture selection, architect collaboration, and workspace transformation for their 3,000 sq ft Needham office.
3,000 square feet, including 6 private offices, 2 conference rooms, an open floorplan, and a reception area.
Modern gray conference tables, black leather chairs, and chic reception seating that matched the office’s color scheme and brand.
Yes, OGI returned to convert part of the open area into a bullpen space to support company growth and additional workstations.
Seaport Financial Partners said OGI was awesome from the start, provided multiple options, understood their vision, and they are thrilled with the outcomes.
Seaport Financial Partners is a full-service tax, accounting, and business consulting firm that has developed a vast knowledge base in a wide variety of tax and financial planning areas ranging from complex individual taxation to family-owned businesses, rental real estate, stock options, aircraft acquisition and consulting, and public and private charities. In this capacity, they work closely with private equity and hedge fund partners, C-suite executives, law firm partners, political figures, board members, and professional sports figures and owners. At Seaport Financial Partners, they leverage their background and expertise to deliver value and provide exceptional service to all clients.

The firm decided in July of 2018 to move into an area that provided more room for their employees. They found a brand-new office space and had it built out with the help of an architect. Reflecting their desire for a professional-looking space that worked well for both their employees and their clients, they reached out to Office Gallery early on in the process, on the very high recommendation of a business partner. The team at Office Gallery worked in collaboration with Seaport Financial Partners and their architect, and were able to help contribute to the design of the new space from the very beginning – weighing in on what would work, where things would fit, and how many workspaces could be planned for in this new 3,000-square-foot space.

The layout of the space includes six private offices, two conference rooms, and an open floorplan as well as reception area. (The Office Gallery team was called back this past fall to assist with converting some of this open area into a bullpen space given the company’s growing team, which offers employees easy access to co-workers and the ability to work together.) Throughout the space, modern looks were selected to best reflect the brand of Seaport Financial Partners. In fact, stand-outs of the space include the conference rooms and reception area. Both conference rooms feature similar designs with modern gray tables and black leather chairs as well as a big glass wall that provides transparency yet privacy and looks crisp and clean. Meanwhile, the reception area makes guests feel welcome within a chic sitting space that matches the color scheme throughout the office, further reflecting the branding and creating a harmonious fit.
We were thrilled to work with Seaport Financial Partners both initially and as they grew to help build and expand upon their space, ensuring their new office reflected the mission and values of the firm and provided a positive experience for their employees and clients.
“Hilary, Mike, and the team of Office Gallery were awesome from the very beginning of the process. They were able to provide for us a bunch of different options, and once we picked something, they ran with it and understood completely what we were looking for. We worked with them again several months later when our growth necessitated some changes that required more workspaces, which they incorporated seamlessly and beautifully. We are thrilled with the outcomes.”
