Vi-Leon is also committed to providing its employees with a place to work where they can grow as individuals. Given this, when they recently relocated their company to Beverly and signed a lease on 4,500 square feet within an office complex, Arthur Billotti, and Adam Golding, managing partners, did their research to find the best company to partner with for their new office design. While interviewing Molly Robertson and Office Gallery, it was clear they stood out among the rest.
As a fast-growing company looking to scale quickly, Vi-Leon has already worked with Office Gallery on two phases of design – one in April 2021, and one in August 2021. Initially brought in to help design the main floor and bullpen as well as a break-out room, Adam and Arthur explained to Molly some of their initial ideas, and then Molly presented options and examples and helped them to narrow down the layout and selections on desks, finishes, and color schemes.
The bullpen features 15 natural wood workstations with brushed nickel legs, and royal blue dividers with lime green accent chairs, which add an exciting pop of color and ties in nicely with Vi-Leon’s overall branding. The dividers are made of a soft paneling that allows employees to pin things up and personalize their space. The chairs were also selected with their brand colors in mind – they feature a herringbone texture that helps them subtly stand out. The nearby reception desk is noticeable in a white chocolate color that complements the rest of the space.
Office Gallery also designed Vi-Leon’s conference room, which features a sophisticated, executive style espresso-finish veneer conference table with black leather chairs and six Quartet glass whiteboards.
Plans for a third phase are already in the works – two personal offices and a second conference room will be designed and furnished, and lockers will be added for employees to store their personal belongings.
We were honored to help Vi-Leon define this new space for their growing company, and truly enjoyed designing all of their office’s various aspects while making sure it fit with the culture they’ve worked so hard to establish. We look forward to continuing to work with them as they continue to grow!
