“I’ve worked with Mike Troia and the team at Office Gallery ever since we relocated our offices from Westwood to Canton [in 2014]. The challenge of completely outfitting a huge, expansive new 25,000 square foot office was enormous. But Office Gallery made it easy and created a fantastic work environment for us.All of the elements Mike recommended to us were selected with an eye toward creating an office that met our criteria for being efficient, comfortable, technology-capable, and a place we’d be happy to spend the workday in. They hit the mark in every way.We have found that our office is also an important recruitment tool. “Dear Allen and Jordana, Thank you so much for working on my order. The back wall of 21″ bookcase has been replaced this morning and everything looks just beautiful. The 19” door blends nicely with my other doors. Allen, thank you for working hard with the vendor to make it happen. Jordana, thank you for scheduling and rescheduling the deliveries. I greatly appreciate your patience with this.I also would like to thank the delivery team. They arrived right on time. Chris and Scott were very professional, friendly, and patient when I asked them to move around bookcases and shelves several times before making final decision during the first delivery and also to switch several doors today. Dear Allen, Mike & Jordana, I couldn’t be more pleased! The accuracy of your measurements to fit the pieces into the limited space of my home office in my 1910 house was impressive. Your ability to work with your manufacturers to get them to tailor their standard products into unique configurations was eye opening. You managed to optimize every available inch of space without making the room look over crowded. Everything looks natural. Your recommendations on colors were also spot on.Office Gallery’s collective focus on doing what is right for the customer is rare in this day and age. This was evident in every call and email we exchanged during the planning and estimating process. Your field crew, Scott and Chris, were extra careful to make sure there was no collateral damage to the rest of my home when they were bringing heavy items through hallways and up stairwells. Nothing needed fixing or touching-up. When they finished, the room was clean and ready to occupy.Nicely done! The Office Gallery team should be very proud of its high standards at every stage of the process. I had a great experience! My home office is is beautiful and it is completely functional! Thank you!
